Hi!

I hope you are having a lovely week! Summer is in full swing and I have been feeling very called to slow down after such a busy spring. I’ve been spending more time off my phone and consuming less on that dang device. I can’t remember the last time I’ve read an entire book in two weeks. Well I did that. And I hope to do it again. I’ve been enjoying morning drinks on my balcony by my garden. Soaking up the morning sun with Brady before it gets unbearably hot. I’ve been super present visiting family and friends. It certainly has been a great summer so far. And there is still so much to come!

Now for the this week’s recipes! As always, this week’s recipes follow my Clean Eating Guide guidelines. Whole food focused and homemade without processed food additives or preservatives.
