MOST POPULAR BY YOU THIS MONTH
Wide Leg Satin Pull on Cargo Pant
One of my go to pregnancy pants because of the pull on style. I dressed them up with a button down but you can also make an easy casual look with a tshirt, sweater and sneakers.
FullWell Fertility Women’s Prenatal
One of the most comprehensive and robust prenatals on the market. I took this all through our 16 month preconception health protocol prior to getting pregnant and now throughout my pregnancy.
When I can I opt for more natural fiber clothing. One of my favorite brands is Mate the Label for organic basics and activewear.
Thoroughly washing produce is so so important! This nontoxic and natural fruit and veg wash helps remove dirt, pesticide residue and any other nasties our produce comes into contact with during transport.

MY FAVORITES THIS MONTH
aka my best friend at night! It’s small and compact which is a must when you have a 65 lbs dog, a tall ass husband and me growing by the day all in the same bed lol. I can’t have a pregnancy pillow that is the size of another human in bed with us.
Its like a cloud over your eyes at night! It definitely looks extra AF but it puts me right to sleep.
This is seriously worth the hype and the price. Its organic, high quality and not chalky tasting. Its the only whey protein i’ve tried that doesnt make me bloat or give me a stomachache. So that is a win! I love adding a scoop to my yogurt and making a protein rich yogurt bowl.

Ok that’s it for this month!
As always, please reach out with any questions, comments or suggestions!
With Love,
Abby
